The regional Boarding School for gifted children No. 9 "Bilim-innovation" is a fundamental educational institution that educates capable, gifted children in cheese. The boarding school, opened during the country's independence, makes a great contribution to improving the level of knowledge of gifted Kyzylorda teenagers and winning prizes at national and international competitions.
In the 1993-94 academic year, in accordance with the decision of the Kyzylorda city Administration No. 267, the Kazakh-Turkish children's Lyceum was opened in May 1993. Provides knowledge of the natural-mathematical field. Mathematics, physics, biology, chemistry, and computer science are taught in English.
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 2004 No. 245, the lyceum was renamed the regional Kazakh-Turkish Boarding School for gifted children No. 9.
Since April 21, 2014, by order of the akim of the region No. 293, it has been renamed into the municipal state institution "Regional Kazakh-Turkish Boarding School for Gifted Children No. 9" of the Department of Education of the Kyzylorda region.
Since March 7, 2017, it has been renamed the Bilim-Innovation Regional Boarding school for gifted children No. 9.
In accordance with Resolution No. 495 of March 1, 2022 "On certain issues of regional communal legal entities", the municipal state institution "regional boarding school for gifted children No. 9 "Bilim-innovation" was named after S. Shaukhamanov.
